O Convidador de Pirilampos (The Inviter of Pirilampos)

António Jorge Gonçalves’ stage adaptation of Ondjaki’s O Convidador de Pirilampos, a book he himself illustrated. The weddings of Saint Anthony are one of the cornerstones of the Festas de Lisboa. This year, sixteen couples will celebrate holy matrimony at a public and joint ceremony, watched by thousands of people on the streets and via the media.
