During the month of April, under the theme of freedom, at the Museum of Lisbon - Palácio Pimenta there’ll be themed visits for youngsters: one in Portuguese sign language about the stories behind the republican revolution, another revealing the lives of slaves in Lisbon, while in the third youngsters will learn that it’s not just today that there’s commotion on Avenida 24 de Julho!
Discontent, dreams, conspiracy, courage and many other ingredients will be covered on this trip to the Lisbon of 1910. We will relive (with many of the republicans of the day) the events that led to the revolution.
