We’ll be opening the Archive Room at the Paços do Concelho building for a piano recital where the dominant note will be one of joy, provided by a scholarly European musical tradition which has survived for several centuries and has been an endless source of aesthetic inspiration. Pianist Alexey Shakitko transports us to a rich musical period, stretching from the first half of the 18th century to the first half of the 19th century.
