2021 sees the first presentations of the “People Power Partnership”, a European project that, despite the pandemic, has managed to hold auditions in 13 cities and select a total of 98 young dancers.
The shows are taking place all over Europe between June and October and are the result of the unique concept developed by the artistic team and enriched by the musical, textual and spatial diversity of each country, region, culture and history.
In Marvila, the group from Lisbon and Sibiu (Romania) will be performing in an area which will be part of a new Urban Park, a project which incorporated the ideas of the local population in its design and whose construction will get underway in 2022.
The People Power Partnership project is financed by the Creative Europe program and promoted by the Marvilla library . It is included in the program of the Festival Feliz There Lugar organized by Sê Bairrista project.
